Connect your WhatsApp Business number
Link your number to SoforERP so client messages land in the Inbox and the AI first response can reply.
Before you startA Meta Business account that you can sign in toA phone number for the business that is not in use on the WhatsApp appThe Owner / Admin role in SoforERP
Open Settings → WhatsApp
Go to Settings in the Admin menu and pick entry 09, WhatsApp.
Choose Connect number
Sign in with the Meta account that owns your business. Pick the business and the number you want to use.
Verify the number
Meta sends a code by SMS or a voice call. Enter it to confirm the number is yours.
Send a test message
Message the number from any phone. It should appear in the Inbox within a few seconds.
Turn on the AI first response
Optional. Open Settings → AI first response and switch it on when your services and document lists are filled in.
When the card under Settings → WhatsApp says Connected, you are done. New messages show in the Inbox right away.
